Q.  Our event is taking place on a Saturday, when will be the Marquee be erected?

A.  We aim to be as flexible as possible with your requirements, but typically we would erect the marquee on a Wednesday or Thursday depending on the size of the marquee, to ensure that you have plenty of time to add your finishing touches.

Q.  We are interested in booking a marquee what is the process?

A.  After you initially enquire about a marquee we will carry out a site survey to assess your requirements and make a recommendation regarding the products and services that we are able to offer you.

Q.  I would like to book a marquee how do I confirm my booking?

A.  Once you have let us know that you would like to book a marquee we will send out a booking form which we will ask you to sign and return together with a 20% deposit to secure your booking.

Q.  We would like to book some furniture and approximately will have 50 guests. Our party is a few months away and numbers may change, do I have to book extra furniture just in case?

A.  Due to the large quantity of stock, we are able to change bookings slightly up until the last minute and only charge for the furniture that is delivered.

Q.  We have our own party tent and would like to hire some furniture, flooring and lighting.  Is this something that you can offer?

A.  Yes, we are more than happy to provide as little or much as you want to complete your marquee.

Q.  We have already booked a marquee, are we still able to hire toilets from you? 

A.  We are more than happy to supply toilets (or refrigerated trailers) if you have booked a marquee with another company.
